pak111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable regulations. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of address, and proof of your payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Providing false or forged documentation is grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
pak111 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

Withdrawals from pak111 are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may require enhanced verification.

New players at pak111 are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to Rs 20,000. The welcome bonus carries a 15× wagering requirement on the total of deposit plus bonus. The bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within this period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Note: pak111 reserves the right to request the return of any bonus deemed to have been obtained through fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest means. Where winnings derived from such a bonus have already been withdrawn, pak111 may offset the amount against future deposits.
pak111's sports betting section is governed by the following rules, which apply to all markets including PSL cricket betting, other cricket events, and any additional sports markets available on the platform.
If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined under the applicable minimum overs/play threshold, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If a result is determined under DLS or equivalent rules, bets settle on the official result. In-play bets placed after the event leading to abandonment are voided.
In the event of a clear pricing error (palpable error) in published odds, pak111 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Knowingly exploiting a pricing error is a breach of these Terms.

You may close your pak111 account at any time by contacting support at support@pak111.ws. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course prior to closure. If your account has an active self-exclusion or a pending investigation, closure may be subject to those processes completing first.
pak111 may terminate or suspend an account immediately and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, is subject to a regulatory restriction, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to pak111, other players, or any third party. In the event of termination for a Terms breach, pak111 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold real-money balances pending investigation.
pak111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of pak111 following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the updated Terms take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which pak111 is licensed. Any disputes not resolved through pak111's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority.
